adapting..

I happily shared the good news to many well wishers. Dropped mails to my friends. :)

The discussions on name happened again with Sridar appa. We both decided will go with niveditha as the official name and sahana (combi name of santha, saradha, hari, nagam) as horoscope name. We discussed the same with your grand parents. They were also happy with our choice.We informed both our siblings on the name. Rama periyamma was super excited and was giving all elderly sis advice on breast feeding. :)

You had couple of visitors. I was not happy about they lifting you! I somehow felt you were very cranky and crying in the night bcoz of more ppl seeing you(dirshti).

Entering motherhood

I have delivered you normally as a healthy, cute, 2.3kg weight baby TODAY.

You are such a tiny baby that i was really scared to lift you initially. In as much, i was waiting for this moment, i was too exhausted with labor and episystomy that i was unable to appreciate YOU, the gift of GOD to us. It still hasn’t sink that we have become parents. 

Myself, you and mythili patti stayed in hospital tonight. With my first feeding happened today, I still dont feel like a responsible mother. Following Doctor’s advise, we happily let you  sleep for 5hrs or so, before trying to feed you again. You dont cry for milk though. Dont know how demanding you will become as days go by.
